These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and mulia666 (hereinafter referred to as "mulia666", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://mulia666.cam (the "Site").

mulia666 is an international online gaming and sports betting platform serving players including those based in Malaysia. The Platform operates under an international gaming licence issued by an applicable offshore regulatory authority. mulia666 does not hold, nor does it claim to hold, any licence issued by any Malaysian government body, as no such domestic online gambling licence currently exists in Malaysia. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their respective jurisdiction before registering or placing bets.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mulia666 Platform — including but not limited to the live casino, Sic Bo tables, slots, and sports betting services — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means the personal account registered in a User's name on the mulia666 Platform, used to access all gaming, betting, and transaction services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's mulia666 Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or matched deposit reward offered by mulia666 to eligible Users subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by mulia666 to confirm a User's age, identity, and residency prior to processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.
• "Platform" means the mulia666 website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and all associated services and content accessible at https://mulia666.cam.
• "Services" means all products and features made available on the Platform, including live casino, Sic Bo, table games, slot games, sports betting, and VIP loyalty programmes.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also referred to as "Rollover") means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked prior to any withdrawal of Bonus-derived winnings becoming eligible.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the default currency of the mulia666 Platform for all Malaysian players.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is illegal or restricted under applicable local law.

To register and maintain an Account on the mulia666 Platform, all of the following eligibility requirements must be satisfied at all times:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. mulia666 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all gaming and betting categories. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposited funds will be returned where verifiable.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Persons who lack legal capacity, have been declared bankrupt, or are subject to court-imposed financial restrictions are not eligible.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the mulia666 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.
5. Personal Use: Accounts are for personal use only. You may not register or use an Account on behalf of a third party, and you may not permit any third party to access or use your Account.
6. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a mulia666 employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any such individual, as such persons are not eligible to participate in any promotional offer or game of chance on the Platform.

Upon registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and email address. The provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles mulia666 to suspend or permanently close your Account without notice.

mulia666 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. All Users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request can be processed. The verification process may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your DuitNow, FPX, or e-wallet account)

mulia666 is committed to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. All verification documents submitted are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting KYC documents, you consent to mulia666 retaining and processing those documents for the purpose of account verification and regulatory compliance.

In using the mulia666 Platform and Services, you agree to the following conduct obligations:

• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• You will not exploit any software error, loophole, or vulnerability in the Platform's games or betting systems. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are void and subject to clawback.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting across platforms in a coordinated manner, or any other practice designed to artificially manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content, software, or intellectual property belonging to mulia666.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your Account.
• You will notify mulia666 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

mulia666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are supported: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct online banking with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong.

6.1 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by mulia666, though individual payment providers (e.g., FPX) may impose their own per-transaction limits.

6.2 Deposit Processing: Deposits made via DuitNow, FPX, or e-wallet channels are generally credited to the Account within seconds to a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. mulia666 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own system.

6.3 Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. Standard processing times are typically 15 to 60 minutes following approval. VIP-tier Members benefit from priority processing. mulia666 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.

6.4 Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method or bank account used for the corresponding deposit, wherever operationally possible. mulia666 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Account holder's name.

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering: mulia666 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of AML and KYC checks. In cases where suspicious activity is identified, funds may be frozen and the matter referred to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

mulia666 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general and promotion-specific terms set out below.

7.1 Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement (Rollover). The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms (e.g., ×10, ×12, or ×15). The Wagering Requirement must be met within the stated bonus validity window before any withdrawal of Bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

7.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus: While any Bonus is active on your Account, individual bets must not exceed MYR 250 to MYR 500 per round (the specific cap is stated in the relevant promotion's terms). Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active Bonus period may be voided at mulia666's sole discretion.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to the Wagering Requirement. Unless otherwise specified: slot games contribute 100%; most table games (including Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack) contribute 10–20%; live sports betting contributes at a rate specified in the promotion terms. Sic Bo contribution rates are stated per promotion.

7.4 Bonus Expiry: All Bonuses expire within the validity window stated in the relevant promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation). Any unused Bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

7.5 Maximum Bonus Cash-Out: Certain bonuses may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap on Bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the individual promotion's terms.

7.6 Bonus Abuse: mulia666 reserves the right to void Bonuses and cancel associated winnings if, in its reasonable assessment, a User has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets on all outcomes to minimise risk (hedging) during a Bonus period, or exploiting promotional structures in bad faith.

7.7 One Bonus at a Time: Only one Bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

All games and betting markets offered on the mulia666 Platform — including live Sic Bo, table games, slot games, and the sports betting sportsbook covering Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and international fixtures — are governed by the game-specific rules displayed within each product interface, and the general platform rules set out herein.

8.1 Bet Finality: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or amended by the User, except where mulia666 determines that a bet was accepted erroneously due to a technical fault or manifest error in the odds displayed.

8.2 Void Bets: mulia666 reserves the right to declare bets void in cases of: manifest odds errors, technical malfunction, incomplete or suspended events, or evidence of match-fixing or result manipulation in sports events.

8.3 RNG Certification: All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games are subject to independent third-party testing to verify statistical fairness and true randomness. Results produced by RNG games are final.

8.4 Live Dealer Games: For live dealer games including live Sic Bo, Baccarat, and Roulette — in the event of a technical disconnection during a round in progress, the outcome of that round as recorded by the server-side system will be final. Any reconnection after a result has been generated will reflect that result in the User's Account.

8.5 Sports Betting: All sports betting is subject to the published odds at the time the bet is placed. In-play bets are accepted on the basis of information available at the moment of acceptance. mulia666 is not responsible for the accuracy of real-time data feeds.

mulia666 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the protection of vulnerable players. All Users are encouraged to view gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders and can be activated through the Account settings panel or by contacting mulia666 support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set caps on the total losses you are willing to sustain within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration specified and cannot be reversed early.

All content on the mulia666 Platform — including but not limited to the mulia666 brand name, logo, visual identity, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, source code, and data — is the exclusive property of mulia666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes as contemplated by these Terms. This licence does not grant Users any right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, commercially exploit, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of mulia666's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mulia666, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether arising directly or indirectly from use of the Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond mulia666's reasonable control (including force majeure events)
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data feeds used in live sports betting markets
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where mulia666 was not at fault
• Losses arising from gambling decisions made by the User on the Platform

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, mulia666's total aggregate liability to a User in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mulia666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity
• Evidence of match-fixing, cheating, or use of automated systems
• Chargebacks initiated by the User or their payment provider
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder
• Regulatory requirement or legal compulsion

Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting mulia666 customer support. Upon voluntary Account closure, any remaining Balance (subject to applicable withdrawal requirements and pending KYC clearance) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable time frame.

mulia666 reserves the right to withhold funds where there is evidence of fraud, Bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mulia666 is incorporated and licensed as an international gaming operator. Users acknowledge and agree that any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement, the Platform, or any Services provided by mulia666 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts in that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent mulia666 from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where it reasonably determines such relief is necessary to protect its rights.

Malaysian players acknowledge that Malaysian domestic gaming legislation may apply to them and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their own compliance with applicable local laws.

mulia666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, mulia666 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Account holders via the email address registered to their Account or by way of a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when these Terms were most recently revised.
